Hi, I’m Harrison.

I’m a Bristol, UK-based 3D designer, CAM operator, and model maker, specializing in cabinetry design for museums, eateries, and retail spaces. I’ve been in this industry since 2018 and have been working with Beaufort Bespoke as their in-house designer and CAM/3D printer operator.

I got my start in CAD and model making when I purchased my first 3D printer in 2014. What was going to be an innocent hobby quickly became an obsession, and I began to teach myself Computer-Aided Design to be able to make my own models and functional designs.

Soon, I was contacted by Beaufort Bespoke to design and produce a tailored mount for a museum artefact alongside a simple interactive 3D puzzle of a cathedral. I was soon employed full-time by Beaufort Bespoke as their designer for future projects, including the design of cabinetry, shop layouts, CAD drawings, and 3D printing models for museum fit-outs.

Before my 3D printing background, I had a background in Graphic Design, Filmmaking, and Photography, having completed studies at school and obtained multiple A-Level qualifications in these fields.

This previous experience has made me a very versatile individual, as I have a comprehensive understanding of design in both 2D and 3D fields. As a result, during my time at Beaufort Bespoke, I am also responsible for their website design and management, social media presence, and photography & editing of completed fit-outs.

However, I’ve always leaned towards more practical uses of creativity in filmmaking, making props and designing sets for student films. Model-making has always been a passion of mine.
